Welcome to a secret kitchen in Bujumbura. We serve 8 invited guests a seven-course tasting menu using local seasonal ingredients, with paired wines.

Would you like to dine? Send an email to tanganyikakitchen@gmail.com and convince us that we should invite you! The next dinner will be held on May 29th, at 7.00pm.

We will send invitations with the location and directions three days before the date.

Who are you?
We are an international couple who love eating good food and meeting people, currently living in Bujumbura.

How does Tanganyika Secret Kitchen work?
Find out when the next dinner is by looking at our blog, and send us an email requesting an invite. We would love to hear a tiny bit about you when you request the invitation.

Dinner costs BIF35,000 per person and includes at least a 7-course meal, with paired wines, plus a few surprises.

The menu will not be published before the evening of the dinner.
